Enrico Fantasia has been importing wines to Ireland since 2005. A native of Venice, he is an expert on the classic wine regions of Italy, with particular love for Friuli and Piemonte. He has also become a champion for wines from lesser-known areas and indigenous grape varieties, and has expanded the range with wines from France, Spain, Portugal, Austria and Slovenia. In a previous life he played the French horn in the Viennese orchestra, and in a future life he will spend a lot more time fly-fishing.

Pip joined Grapecircus at the beginning of 2024. She has worked in many aspects of wine and cheese in Dublin. Pip is our motivater her, when she’s not working she probably of running a 10k or harping on about benefits of saunas and ice baths, butter and her lovely rescue dog Locky.

Clara joined us towards the end of 2025, originally from Australia (which we’ve forgiven her for), she’s spent the last 8 years in Dublin working across all manners of hospitality. You may recognise her from her tenure at some of Dublins most beloved establishments and As if she wasn’t busy enough with us, she is also studying a masters in Gastronomy and Food Studies.
