Il Torchio
A small family estate in Castelnuovo Magra, in the Colli di Luni near La Spezia. It began as a project of Giorgio Tendola, a pioneer of Vermentino in the area. Il Torchio has 12 hectares inside the Colli di Luni DOC, and the bottles are colourful and gaudy, telling of Ligurian beauty.
Il Bianco
A dynamic, refreshing Vermentino that is fresh, energetic and pleasantly savoury, with fruit, flowers and balsamic herbs. Native yeasts, steel tanks, and at least six months on fine lees. A sunny, salty Ligurian white for seafood.
Stralunato
is a vibrant, wine made from a blend of Vermentino, Sauvignon and Moscato. It’s full of expressive aromas of ripe apricot, citrus peel, and wildflowers, balanced by a fresh, mineral-driven palate and a light tannic grip from brief skin contact.
