Domaine de la chevalerie

Thirteen generations of the Caslot family have been involved in making wine in Bourgueil: this is how deep the connections of Domaine de La Chevalerie with the Touraine region and Cabernet Franc is. Now in the hands of Laurie & Emmanuel Caslot, the estate is formed by a patchwork of different terroirs, with different soil composition and exposure, all farmed biodynamically. The meticulous vinification reflects the same approach, and no chemical additives of any kind are used. The result is wines with a classic allure, full of energy and extremely drinkable.
