The aesthetic concept of Wabi-Sabi originates from the Japanese Zen and describes a world where beauty is defined by imperfection. Franz Hoftätter translated this concept into wine making following the credo that non-intervention is the result of many knowledgeable practices.

Riverside W
Riverside refers to the whole Danube region with its cool climate, great soils and local grapes. This refreshing, vivid and pure white is a blend of regional grapes and was vinified in used oak barrels of various sizes for 11 months (no racking, filtration or fining). It comes fresh, with good acidity and a lot of authentic character.
