Bonnet Cotton
Pierre Cotton is a new name in Beaujolais, but in just a few vintages he and his wife Marine Bonnet have made a name for themselves as one of the leading lights of the appellation. After working for a short stint as a motorcycle mechanic, Pierre left to study oenology, and spent two years working with natural producers in the Loire Valley before returning to his family’s domaine. Total production is small, and given the popularity of the wines in France, we feel quite lucky to be bringing these gorgeous wines to Ireland.
