Baglio Ingardia
Located on the slopes of Mount Erice, near Trapani, Baglio Ingardia is a farm with over 300 years of history. They produce primarily olive oil from indigenous cultivars (they are also a Slow Food Presidia!) and they focus on sustainability and respect for the environment.
