This family-run estate of 70 hectares lies on the northern slope of the hill of Montalcino, where the climate is cooler than on the southern slopes, and where cooling breezes provide some relief from the hot Tuscan summers. The result are wines that combine power and ripeness with impressive structure.
Rosso di Montalcino
Freshly cut flowers, sweet red berries, mint, anise and tobacco lift out of the glass. Marries expressive aromatics and wonderfully translucent fruit, all supported by a classic sense of structure. This is a fabulous Rosso with tons of near and medium-term appeal.
