Syrah Rosa
This lovely rose is characterised by its fine acidity, with grapes harvested early from a single vineyard called "de' canonici." Fermented and aged in steel to maintain an intact aromatic profile ranging from red berries to fresh citrus notes, it's a fresh, delicate, and inviting wine.

Cortona Syrah
Big and bold but undeniably classic syrah: black cherry, plum and violets on the nose, with hints of pepper, leather and tar. The fruit has a lifted quality thanks to partial whole cluster fermentation (the rest of the fruit is crushed by foot). Bright and smooth in texture, with supple tannins. Stefano's love for syrah is evident in this cuvée.

Cortona Syrah ‘Apice’
This Syrah, named Apice (meaning "peak"), comes from the very top of the "de’ Canonici" vineyard. full, brilliant ruby color. The aroma is clear, with red fruit, balsamic bark, and warm spice notes. The texture is dense, juicy, and agile, with refined tannins.
